It also detoxifies the body and it kills the bacteria that resides on the skin.

So by giving yourself a few minutes of your time each day it will do wonders not only for your health but your over-all appearance as well. Although you have to check with your doctor first especially for those who have heart conditions or high blood pressure. Remember to drink three to four glasses of water to prevent dehydration.
